Photo verification ensures the authenticity of your uploaded photos, protecting both you and others from scammers.
To pass photo verification, follow these steps:
- Go to your profile and tap the tick icon next to your name.
- On the verification page, tap the "Get verified" button.
- Copy the gesture in the example image and take a selfie.
- Wait for the result; it usually takes 15 minutes to an hour.
If your photo didn't pass verification, it could be due to:
- The required gesture was posed incorrectly.
- The pose was not fully visible in the frame.
- Your verification photo didn't align with the previously added profile photo.
- The quality of your profile picture is too low, and your face is not clearly visible.
In such cases, accurately copy the required gesture or change your profile picture to pass the photo verification.
