Ensure you're using the right login method:
- Log in with the same method you used when you first signed up (email, Facebook, Google, or Apple).
- If you are being prompted to create a new account instead of logging into your existing one, you may be using a different login method than you originally used.
- If you signed up with an email address, make sure you are using the same email.
Check if you have previously deactivated your account:
- If your account has been hidden, tap the "Recover account" button after entering your login credentials.
- If your account has been deleted, you will receive an error message after entering your login credentials and will need to create a new account.
